Its operations are carried through the following segments: Passenger Car, Buses and Trailers, Two and Three Wheels, Financial Services non-Banking, and Other Operations. The Passenger Cars segment deals with the import, retail distribution, fleet sales, and assembly of cars. The Buses and Trailers segment provides distribution and financial services for locally-assembled trucks and buses. The Two and Three Wheels segment handles the assembly and distribution of semi knocked down units. Financial Services non-Banking offers services of factoring and nonbanking financial services. The Other Operations segment includes tires and construction equipment, as well as transportation, financing and export services. The on July 15, 1999 in 1940 and is headquartered in Giza, Egypt.
